-Yay, Norma. Great news, indeed.
I'm impressed that you're already rowing, again. Good on ya!
-Looking at news out of the Middle East, and wondering about Our Man in Qatar.
I think that Iraq and Qatar are about a thousand miles apart, but, still.

Wow! A lot of inspiring posts this week.
Very impressive numbers, David! And I'm sure you are equally impressed that the same erg is still kicking after 19.5 years!
I'm not sure, but I might see a mistake in line 22.
And congratulations to you, Ed. Way to kick off the year! I guess it all comes down to proper hydration. Camelbacks are just so passé ...
And Norma, AWESOME!!

Hi guys... wondering if I can join your crew? I'm a Taff Attack member from way back, but Taff seems to be dormant now that I am finally back on the erg.
I was a formerly competitive lightweight indoor rower, but now I'm 75 lbs overweight and just getting back into it.
Hoping to find some folks to join along with in their fitness journeys.

David,
Amazing job! Thanks for sharing your stats. I keep a spreadsheet with stats like that (although not nearly as impressive), and it's so interesting to see someone else's data. Also, such an inspiration for me to keep on rowing.
Krysta,
Welcome to the team!
