Great rowing Team!

Hi Lisa, thanks for asking. Yesterday I felt really good. I took it easy, though, just did an easy row and skierg. Felt very good after, and I thought i was free and clear. Then this morning, still feeling fine, something popped out of alignment when I sat up from bed and did that first "yawn/stretch" of the day. So today ... not so good. Hoping it will pop back in place soon!

Damn. I hope so too. Concept2 is gonna have to invent something we can use without getting up out of bed. All in favor?

Coming back slowly. I'm more concerned with consistency at this stage. I'll build volume and speed later.

Calf is holding up, got a number of rows added, feeling good doing more interval work then long rows... getting back in the swing is rougher then i expected.

glad to see everyone going strong.
