LUNA-TICS TEAM ROOM: Year-round "Looney" fun.
All In A Day's ERG: Team Progress Thru 3.17.14
Day 18 of 31.....Sheer Madness (or in this case...shear!)
Folks making connections through Denver and those of us trying to get back to Denver yesterday were delayed for several hours due to gale force winds here in the Rockies. There is something about landing at what feels like a million miles an hour, and hoping that the runway is long enough....whew!
Lunies still in the hunt for shamrocks and pots of gold...overall numbers have dropped to 1,100 or so!
Season meters as of 322/365 = 161,166,200 m
Total meters on the day = 822,301 m
Oars in space (participation) = 34 percent

Go Luna-tics challenge team, awesome rowing! Not sure if the O D team meters would get us into 2 nd place. We are doing one last challenge as OD in memory of Zander.
Gene rowed a 6k today and ranked for the first time. He said he was 149 out f 150 in his age/weight class. I think he did fantastic!!!!!

Re: LUNA-TICS TEAM ROOM: Year-round "Looney" fun.
Zander challenge effort more important than second place. Celebrating first evers, and the spirit that gets us the first evers is what we do. It's good stuff. We are capable of many great results when we work together and sometimes working together means supporting what is important vs going for the win. We will have many big finishes.brotherjim wrote:Go Luna-tics challenge team, awesome rowing! Not sure if the O D team meters would get us into 2 nd place.
