Re: LUNA-TICS TEAM ROOM: Year-round "Looney" fun.
If you sort the standings by "Average Meters", i.e., meters per team member, we are 20th. http://log.concept2.com/team/teamStandi ... e_index=54 I've always been awed by The Ancients, but some of the really tiny teams, well, that's committed!jayne_jayney wrote:Kona2 wrote: Day 12 or 13 of 31 .... warp drive !!
I'm 14k below average in Luna-Tics, yet I'd improve the average of any of our competitors. Not very commited are they?
Erg on, Lunies!

Re: LUNA-TICS TEAM ROOM: Year-round "Looney" fun.
Day 13 or 14 of 31 .... what a difference a few hours makes !
Looked briefly at the team standings last night, and the FIRT was in fourth place...and we were in 2nd ! Of course, we're all really only a data upload away from changing positions in the standings ! What is so great to see is the amazing amount of meters that everyone is putting in on this Challenge. I wouldn't worry too much about whether we're putting in above or below average numbers of meters - it's all about challenging ourselves and having some fun with it as a team. Absolutely want to WIN....yet know that the "fight" will be in the last ten days of the challenge....keep digging deep for those meters!
SEVEN new canoeists today! Congratulations to Kristine S, Steven D, Stephen W, Steve G, Karyn G, Marty and Andrea on reaching the 100 K milestone in the Challenge!

Re: LUNA-TICS TEAM ROOM: Year-round "Looney" fun.
Congratulations Luna, AJ, and Richard for meter milestones! Way to row!
Kona, we are averaging over a million meters per day in this challenge! Has there ever been a challenge that we did this? This is really amazing and shows such a total team effort and unity.

Re: LUNA-TICS TEAM ROOM: Year-round "Looney" fun.
I believe our "record" for a Challenge occurred during a Fall Team Challenge...we made it to 24 MM and some change. I think we will blow that one out of the water so to speak!brotherjim wrote:Congratulations Luna, AJ, and Richard for meter milestones! Way to row!
