Go Luna-Tics ! Nothing virtual about the meters!
Virtual Team Standings on Day 1 or 2 of 31
1 LUNA-TICS Virtual Club 496,588 79 6,286
2 Age Without Limits Virtual Club 375,710 119 3,157
3 Free Spirits Virtual Club 157,134 78 2,015
4 ANCIENTS Virtual Club 144,818 31 4,672
5 Sõudespinning Estonia Virtual Club 143,216 51 2,808
What an excellent team forum New Year's Eve celebration we had - great drinks display by our virtual bartender Guinan-Jane!
Welcome back to Katerina and Chip - always good to see returning teammates! Couldn't help but notice that we are at 149 teammates for the year-round team...and was pretty sure that 149 was a prime number (the 35th prime actually)...and there it was, a bunny trail before I knew it. I used to think it was good enough to know that a prime number was only divisible by the number 1 and itself. Now, I find that there is more than one kind of prime (although the basics of being divisible by 1 and itself remain). 149 is a Chen prime because 149 plus 2 generates the next prime number which is 151. And wouldn't you know it...149 is a TRIBONACCI number. Tribonacci numbers are like fibonacci numbers, but instead of adding the two previous numbers...you add the three previous numbers. The first few tribonacci numbers are:
0, 0, 1, 1, 2, 4, 7, 13, 24, 44, 81, 149, 274, 504, 927, 1705, 3136, 5768, 10609, 19513, 35890, 66012, … SO...24 + 44 + 81 = 149... Heady stuff for New Year's Day, I know....but for me, sometimes numbers are like a bug light....zap....
Season meters as of 245/365 = 90,216,372 m (whoop, whoop! NINETY million team meters...and one-third of the year still to go!)
Total meters on the day = 1,553,580 m
Oars in space (participation) = 30 percent
MILESTONES...Bragging Rights...Celebrations:

4.35 MM Ed
2.65 MM Jay
1.85 MM Rosi

Hahaha....you are zooming along very nicely! My lifetime meters are meager compared to many of our teammates...the cool thing is that we can always increase them!

Congratulations K2 on the lifetime metres – awesome!
No snow here today, slightly overcast sky over Newcastle, but superb start to the day with a row, and TomO and I are just getting on the bikes for a short ride to the beach (again) and a swim in the surf!
And with some luck, poached eggs on toast prepared by Janet when we get back – crikey!
Cheers, Baz

I've joined your Vitrual Team Challenge and I'm glad this looks like a fun group!!
I'm hoping as my knees heal up, I get a bit faster. Trying to outrow my weight. I guess we've been together too long as it is not budging!!
