Re: LUNA-TICS TEAM ROOM: Year-round "Looney" fun.
Just received some exciting news from Mrs. Yost. Lily just passed 500k limetime meters! Atta girl Lily. Lily has also been selected to play volleyball on a Unified team along with still competing on her SO team. This is a HUGE honor. I have refereed both types of events in the past and they are great to watch in person. Please if you can, attend a SO event. The athletes will so appreciate your cheers.

K2,
It must be going around. Everybody I know has it, including yours truly. I guess this isn't covered by the flu shot.
Anyway get well soon.

All In A Day's ERG: Team Progress Thru 11.14.13
Welcome back to Gene H and Anne N. - always great to see returning teammates!
This amazing Milky Way shot was taken by Richard Wong at Chanslor Ranch, Bodega Bay, CA (near Sonoma?) during a Backroads bike trip. This is one of the best ones that I've seen ! There are increasingly few opportunities (or so it seems) to see the night skies without a bunch of light pollution to hide all the moon and stars views. Cool stuff. He must have asked everyone to put the light on in their tents...

Season meters as of 198/365 = 61,983,021 m
Total meters on the day = 430,519 m
Oars in space (participation) = 32 percent

Re: LUNA-TICS TEAM ROOM: Year-round "Looney" fun.
Congrats Richard T for a 3 million meter season so far. Way to row!
Where's Tippi?
Very cool image, indeed. Almost makes me want to try camping, a second time! But, wait; Bodega Bay is our nearest beach. Maybe we could simply find a nice VRBO, and sit on the deck with a bottle of Sonoma wine, to better enjoy the stunning Milky Way over the Bay. Hitchcock's scary unexplained birds, optional.Kona2 wrote:This amazing Milky Way shot was taken by Richard Wong at Chanslor Ranch, Bodega Bay, CA (near Sonoma?) during a Backroads bike trip. ...
