And today's feel-good rowing story...
Concept2 on Facebook wrote: "They built them tougher in those days."
As he turned 102 last week, Ray Clark was able to work out vigorously on a rowing machine and deftly pluck bouncing eight-pound kettle bells from the air with the hand-eye coordination of a much younger man.
It’s never too late to start rowing!

Fit at 102: Ray Clark is proof that it’s never too late to start exercising

Mike M - 3,000 Ergus interruptus?
Well yes...kind of. I was so worn out from my 2k record attempt that I forgot to do an additional 2k.That is until I was lying in bed just about to dose off. Then ... "Oh crap I forgot to do 2k" . I suppose a real trooper would have gotten out of bed, tromped outside over to the trailer and rowed. I just didn't have it in me. If I would have thought about it --> I would have watched one of those motivational rowing vids (on youtube) in order to muster up enough hutzpa to get out there and row. But I didn't. So there you have it. I give no excuses, I'll take it on the chin please --- :D

Image

.....However I will row today even though I am suffering terribly (I might be exaggerating a bit) from massive lower body fatigue and muscle soreness -- especially my in quads and gluts.... Yes, my butt hurts.........Sore butt or not, today I shall ROW STRONG!!!
