Not unless you're a regular or reservist.

Citroen,
I'm fairly new to rowing and very new to the Concept2 forums and challenges, but I read entering the Military Challenge differently than what you posted.
Here's what the instructions for the military challenge said:
Participation is open to anyone who is or has been affiliated with a particular military branch and organization (worldwide).
I have been out of the Marine Corps for more than 40 years now. But, I had planned on entering the Military Challenge. What about military wives? Military Brats? Neighbor's kid in the army? I just thought there were lots of "affiliations" not necessarily current active duty or reserves.
I had just assumed that a "normal citizen" could show support for branch of the military of their choice.

Hi Howard,
Good question. I'm a retired Air Force dude looking for a team as well.
Btw, I was a seasoned technical trainer down in Pensacola, and it was my pleasure to work alongside other branch members for many years. I've known more than a "few good men" (and gals too) who did the Marines proud by displaying the highest code of honor and discipline. Semper Fi.
