I think your subconscious realized that rowing sucks the life out of you and was taking preventative action! Where’s a GIF of a rowing vampire when you need one?

Sounds like you're probably better off without her!

Who can't row an extra 1 k, even at turtle's pace? Voila! 15 K. I did it again yesterday (5, 3, 3, 2, 2)--a breeze! (To the extent that rowing can ever be 'a breeze'.) All going well I'll be back to my 20k/session in no time.
That's using your head. I'm inspired to give it a try.

OK, so here's what I have for goals so far (ignore the percentages and other junk, just the goal numbers are meaningful here...)

Jamie B - 0 of 300,000 (0.0%)
Warren F - 0 of 225,000 (0.0%)
Lisa H - 0 of 250,000 (0.0%)
Pat M - 0 of 100,000 (0.0%)
Jim C - 0 of 375,000 (0.0%)
Mike M - 0 of 200,000 (0.0%)
Andy I - 0 of 400,000 (0.0%)
Mark E - 0 of 250,000 (0.0%)
David W - 0 of 800,000 (0.0%)
Yisroel H - 0 of 300,000 (0.0%)
Jonathan R - 0 of 250,000 (0.0%)

As always, let me know if I missed anyone's goal post. And remember, goals can be set at any time throughout the challenge -- don't be shy! They're a great motivational tool.

I've got two goals: .625D and in an effort to further "lean" out, I'm giving up peanut butter through the entire challenge. There, I said it, done deal! The half million meters will be the easy part. :)

Welcome aboard to Jonathan and Amanda, glad you chose Timbuktoo!

Really nice to see Katerina, Pat, and Heather's name swirling around here again also.

Good luck to everyone

My loyalties alternate between peanut butter and almond butter with roasted flax seeds... Feel the love... handles..... It is a clean, nutritious food, but it's sooooo hard to limit!
