I am going to have to slow down for a bit. I keep saying that, but this past week I have been rowing with mainly one arm. Right arm is kind of useless at the moment. I will try and row about 7500 a day if I can. I will use Bobbie's exercycle for an hour a day to keep my cardio . I am so sorry. Really wanted to average 20K a day for the year. :(
jim

Never a need to apologize..you row as you feel you can.You are always our inspiration and we admire your accomplishments. So row and just be happy..we are Thankful this year that we are together as a team.Friends who offer support and a place to share our achievements.None are too small... B)

Good heavens, Jim, I can't even imagine how anyone can row with only one arm! Wouldn't the imbalance start to have an impact on your back and neck?

As you have told us, "Please take care, row for your health. Row what you can, when you can." Don't cause yourself injury!

Sending good thoughts your way,

Lisa

And to all the TimBukToo team, happy Thanksgiving! May you be blessed with peace, gratitude, and happiness. And not too much tryptophan. :)

This is just a kind note to those team members who keep joining us and then leaving us..it really does affect the team spirit when we constantly see the meters drop and ranking fall because of those who feel the need to jump ship at a given moment.Where it is your perogative to row with whatever team "you" choose..this is a team effort and the season relies on each loyal member to row and row as a team. That is what a team is about. Please think of your team mates who depend on you to be there to row and support them ..sign up or leave but please don't make a habit of just dropping in for a week or so..we need you, want your friendship but ship hopping is just not what a team does..JMO!! I don't want to make this team a limited membership team like the team I was on when I began the virtual community. We went from 58 members to 55..it seems like overnight..and I ask why..what can we do to make you feel like a TimbukTOO-ian???

Cathie
Please PM me and let me know why you have left so I can understand and keep the spirit here alive.TY!!
