Good Tuesday morning TimbukTOO. A few milestones yesterday with Margaret completing her first lifetime million meters. That is so wonderful. It is a very special feeling for those of you who have reached that goal. And for those who haven't, I know you will enjoy it when you do, (and you will reach that goal). Adam and Everett topped the 200K meter season mark and Pat is back rowing with us.
We had a high meter day with 119204 meters rowed, with 14 crew members having oars in the water.

Stats for 6/28

Pat-------------3643
Everett-------19361
Adam----------18601
Karen----------5318
Chris-----------6000
Matthew------5000
Paul------------5000
Joseph---------11347
John------------19679
Jim--------------19140
Ashlee-----------1100
Kaylee-----------1500
Dalton-----------1750
Tristan----------1855

Have a great day everyone and row for your good health.
If I missed someone's meters today, I am sorry. Up all night worried about Bobbie and her slow recovery.
Go TimbukTOO

Good Morning on this last day of June. I hope everyone has a great day and your weather is good. Humidity dropped here a little and finally had some rain yesterday.
We rowed 113325 meters yesterday and had 16 crew members rowing for an amazing 43 % participation. What can I say, you guys/gals are amazing.
John is less than 200 meters away from 1.1 million season meters, Joseph is soaring towards the 300K meter mark, and Sandi is gliding towards 100K (atta girl). Good luck to all 3 and team TimbukTOO.

No Jim, you didn't say "atta girl" :) (stats from 6/26). However each time you give an encouraging word to any of our teammates aren't you basically saying it? None of us hear enough positives in this world filled with so much negativity. The positive affirmations I read every day in this forum is one of the main reasons i am part of team TimbukTOO/TIMBUKTU.
And so I say a great big THANK YOU! for your daily doses of encouragement.

Have a great day!

Happy first day of July TimbukTOO! I hope this is a wonderful month for you. Vacation time for many, so be safe and have fun. Hope the weather is great where you are and July treats us kindly in the way of storms.
Joseph and Yisroel are very close to 200K so let's cheer them on. Sandi and Dalton are close to 100K so let's give them a boost. Tomorrow is Dalton's 8th birthday so I think he is trying to reach 100K on it :D Margaret and Ray are almost at 200K so we have so much of this crew at season milestones. Way to row team. (By the way, how do you get toaster streudal cheese off the keyboard? Christmas, my curious cat just knocked my breakfast on the keyboard)
We had a good day yesterday with12 rowers (32%) adding a healthy 83239 meters. Super!

Stats for 6/30

Yisroel--------------22947
Joseph--------------6282
Pat------------------6309
Sandi---------------2000
Fred----------------6205
Matthew-----------5000
Everett------------8000
Ashlee-------------1011
Kaylee-------------1500
Dalton-------------2000
Tristan------------1555
Jim-----------------20430

Keep up the awesome rowing team and keep rowing for your good health. Please stay hydrated, wear sunscreen if outdoors, don't run with scissors, etc. Have a great day .

Good morning team, hope this day turns out to be a great day in every way for you.
We had a very good day with 71686 meters rowed. Again, congrats to Sandi for reaching the 100K mark and Joseph 300K. Super rowing.
You might have noticed I said 200K for Joseph and Yisroel yesterday. Sorry guys. Chalk it up to a horrendous therapy session for Bobbie on Wednesday when she gave me "angry eyes" and threatened to punch my lights out. Why did the PT choose that minute to check on another patient?
Another aside, don't eat grande burritos after 11 p. m. if you are planning on sleeping or being comfortable at night. AArrgghh

Stats for 7/1

Sandi-----------4050
Joseph---------10189
Matthew-------5000
Pat--------------5565
Raymond-------8418
Margaret-------4762
Stu--------------10000
Everett---------2000
Tristan----------2000
Dalton----------2000
Jim--------------17702

Enjoy your day and row for your good health. :)

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in an exclusive TimbukTOO July 4th challenge I am suggesting. On the 234th birthday of the USA, would you be willing to row 20 meters for every year (4680) or 50 meters (11700)? It doesn't have to be in one row. No prizes, just something to motivate you. Very, very optional, especially for our non USA teammates.
