I think it's GREAT that your grandbabies row with you and Bobbie! It should be an inspiration to all of us. They inspire me to be more consistent. I pray that Bobbie recovers from her surgery quicker than anyone thought possible. And thank you for putting in the time and effort to post our stats each day. You ROCK!

Sandi
Thanks Sandi :) I appreciate that so much. Bobbie had her 42 staples removed today and she is recovering nicely. Thanks everyone for your prayers and thoughts.

Happy Solstice day. Congratulations to Audrene who has completed a half marathon and is on the Summer Solstice honor board :D Way to row!!! She is also very close to topping the 400K season meter totals.
We had a great rowing day with 125003 meters yesterday, thanks to some huge meters added.

Stats for 6/20

Audrene-----------26097 half marathon plus
John---------------26584 half marathon plus
Adam--------------19257

Matthew-----------5000
Robyn---------------5000
Sandi----------------1500
Ashlee---------------750
Kaylee---------------1150
Tristan---------------2100
Dalton----------------2100
Jim--------------------20955

Just a short off topic item. Bobbie's brother is in from Biloxi for a few days and said the outer islands are a mess with the oil spill. He is on a list of people with boats to help in the cleanup. Don't know if he will become a "spillionaire" like I have seen on TV, but the process of cleaning up may never be over. I enjoyed being on the water in the Gulf when I have visited him. What an awful catastrophe for humans and all wildlife.

Good luck to everyone attempting the Solstice row. I hope everyone has a safe healthy day. Row for your good health.

Yep, luckily the Solstice challenge can be done across multiple rows, given it's a work day! I got up extra early this morning and put in better than half of the meters, so when I get home tonight it won't be too bad to knock out the rest. Britt put his in too this morning, which hopefully gets him back on track.

I'm off in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and so away from my ergometer. Had a really lovely kayak trip on Alta Lake at Whistler BC. Thankfully the rowing has given me some decent arm strength. Sorry not be to adding to the rowed meters right now, but will be back to it this weekend.

Margaret, Margaret, Margaret,
Enjoying the Pacific Northwest while the temps here are 100 degrees and humidity 79% seems a bit "unfair", but have a wonderful time and don't worry about adding meters. Just don't add any Bigfoot buddies on your trip home.

Ah, the Summer Solstice row is over and we did very well as a team. Congratulations again to all who were able to complete this challenge. Kind of hard to row a large sum of meters for those who have a job, and I applaud each one of you B)
We rowed an outstanding 154138 meters yesterday. Way to row team! We seem to have lost 3 of our leading rowers, but maybe they will return.

Thanks Jim. I totally forgot that yesterday was the Summer Solstice row. I would have rowed a half-marathon. A lot has been going on lately and I've missed a few days. Sorry.
