Happy Wednesday, hope the day is a good one for all of you. We have a new teammate , Katerina.
Yesterday we rowed 148562 meters, a very nice total. Let's keep up the good work.
On a personal note, my total cholesterol dropped by 35 points since my last 3 month check and my triglycerides 15 points. This is a big deal for me since I had a couple of strokes and am prone to them. Also, heart disease runs in my family, so I am elated. I want to hang around for awhile and watch my grandkids grow, all 10 of them.

Anyway, sorry to go on about personal things.

Good Thursday to you all. I am watching hummingbirds at my window feeder right now.
We had a great day yesterday with 156722 meters rowed! Doug topped the 100K mark for the season. Matthew and Everett are approaching 100K. TimbukTOO is looking very impressive as a team. Not quite as mighty as the Lakers, but looking better than the Suns at the moment. I'm a Celtics fan though.

I said I was doing my OTW class last weekend, but actually it was today, and then capped it off with a erg row. It was hard, trying to coordinate the oar with the water and the other rowers, but looking forward to more. Nice to have an outdoor activity to complement an indoor one!
