OK, gang - It's a god news/bad news day, but with an opportunity to really show your stuff :D

I finally hit 5 Million Metres for the season

But I will be away for the next week

It is unclear whether an Erg will be available during my absence (and whether I'll have a chance to use it), so I am imploring the Team of Never Say Die Luna-Tics to take up the slack.

My overall daily average is 32,467 metres.

Assuming 7 days absence, that's 7 x 32,467 = 227,269 metres.

If 32 of you could row just 1,000 metres extra each day for a week, that would be 32 x 1,000 x 7 = 224,000 metres and the shortfall I will cause would be covered nicely

Not only would this be great for the Team, it would allow me to feel a lot less guilty for leaving in the middle of the FRC

So what do you say, Team?

Congrats, Wild Bill! You are an inspiration. We will do what we can at our house to put a few extra meters on the board for you while you are gone. I am limiting myself to 30 min. a day for the month between running marathons, but still can push a little harder for you.

Three cheers for the whole team! Great job, folks!
