Thanks again Pat... I have a little confession to make. Erika Millen and I have teamed up as training partners. We keep trying to 'out row' each other. It has been amazing motivation. She is quite the competitor.

So a BIG THANKS goes out to her.

The rowing partner mode is great motivation.Kudos to you both!!!

If you want to create an avatar..or a pic by your name..you need to go to your forum profile and follow the directions there.If your picture is downloaded to your compputer it needs to be a set number of pixels to fit.I am not real great at it but the directions at the forum profile tell you what to do.

I didn't realize there was a forum profile, so at first I went back to my main profile . Then I reread your reply and looked up at the options and found my profile.
