That is funny Pat, glad he approves. Bernie, I am still in NY too but at least my next stop is Erie Pa. now. Walked 4 miles on my lunch hour yesterday and did 30 min rowing when I got home. Also had a nice surprise in my mail box. Got my first million meter gift from Concept II, a lovely T-Shirt and a pin. That is so nice of them and I can't think of another company willing to send out free gifts and not even charge shipping these days. Going to wear it to work today for casual friday with my jeans.
