Thank you Jan. I'm still riding my bike, but don't want to chance irritating my sciatic nerve on the rower just yet.
I miss rowing and the friendly Looney competition, but I'm just starting to feel better after a spinal injection and don't want to mess it up...
I will be baaack!!!

Pat,
Sorry to hear about your back issues, but you are doing the right thing, and not risking further injury. Happy, happy birthday to you!

Hooyah! Better get in a new batch of rower spacesuits! We've got incoming!
Welcome to Michael S, our newest Luna-Tic teammate! The upcoming World Rowing Challenge should be a blast! We're delighted that you've joined us on our journey to the moon!
Reminder all: You need to elect to participate in the upcoming challenge which starts TOMORROW (or today if you're Dave, Barry, or Angelo!). Go to your logbook, look across the top of the page to the TEAMS segment and click on that. Select yes you'll participate in one of the boxes that shows up and you're all set! Only half the team is signed up at this time....so don't be lost in space!

Give me a "J", Give me an "A", Give me an "N". What does that spell? JAN, YEAH JAN!
Kudos to you. Job well done on dangling that carrot out there and chasing it down yourself. A great accomplishment. I'm proud of you and honored to pulling up the rear.

Thanks everyone - kind of fun to get to celebrate one of my own millions after all the countdowns! I still have 43K to get to my 4 million lifetime, so I'm looking at finishing that one off this season.
In the meantime, it's WRC 2009 - time to row, row, row for all of us! Stay healthy everyone and good rowing!

Looks like I got a bit ahead of myself on the announcements on WRC - it starts today on our Aussie teammates' side of the globe, and tomorrow for those who are east of that dateline!
I've captured today's numbers and will post some results in a few hours (airport pickup!).
March Madness continues - and we're all seeing how difficult it is to stay on the progress board. I believe I have used up all my "get out of rowing free" cards in this challenge....yikes....
And, we have another new teammate! Welcome Michael M! Good quote on the team profile page!

Yes, Welcome Mike M. (Living in SoCal, that quote is probably about the morning commute!)
Re the start of the WRC ... we're out late tonight, so I'm planning on a small reality check to see if the post-9pm PSDT meters really do count!
