And watch that storm line forming down there in Florida - you might need a bigger boat to outrow those!

Happy Birthday Gina!
And and least 50 more trips around the sun!
(Thanks Chris for the nice cake I borrowed ;))

Congratulations Dan for the 2M!

And hope none of the coming storms affects you.

I am back in the boat will try to make up for some of the lost km (and lose a few added pounds).

Happy rowing!

Thanks Gina - and happy birthday wishes -either late for this year or early for next.
I though I would get there sooner, but with the shoulder injury and my partner saying why are you taking various meds and still rowing, I took three days off. I have an appointment with a PT tomorrow.

Thanks for the race. I hope to get back on my machine soon.

Yep, I looked at it and thought how can something so thin work? But everyone at the regatta had them. I could see them on the seats in the racing shells. It's not cushy-soft but it does work.

I managed to get into the gym at St. John's in Cambrige once and rowed 7+ km on a model C, but that was it (no punting km to report ;))...
Then I went to Romania where the weather was quite hot, especially after the rather cold UK one...

Now I am trying to recover from jet lag and keep falling of the boat... Good to have Jane catching up on me, that helps gather some energy for rowing ;).

Jan, have a nice cycling trip in Oregon!

BTW, I enjoyed a lot Chris' pictures from the Grand Canyon! Thanks for posting them!

Happy rowing!

Andrea
