What would you want in a virtual team? There are hundreds of them out there, formally and informally organized. (e.g. viewforum.php?f=29).
Like all things in life, this is a 2 way relationship - you need to be comfortable with the team (people) you are joining and vice versa. There's no way to make these matches effectively now that I am aware of, but I'm curious enough to try to help.
