The Ducks and Friends Together Team is open for the Virtual Team Challenge starting Jan 1. Go to your logbook and select the team - Ducks and Friends Together-- then select the Virtual Team Challenge 2013 to be part of this team. Row and log your meters. All rowers are welcome. Get your friends to sign up. If you did the Holiday Challenge this is a good way to keep your momentum going!! denise

Hey, Denise. How many ducky DAFTs do we have for the VTC? Now that I'm over the bug that got me mid-December, I got bit by another bug...this time a bee who must have crawled in from the snow, because he stung my heel as I was sitting at my computer the other day! I iced it immediately & took antihistamines (I'm very sensitive to insect bites). It was sore for 24 hrs. and then it was quiet, but today while rowing it woke up with a vengance, burning and itching, so it's on ice again. But I got my 7k in for the day.

Only a few are signed up yet, but generally it takes people a while to get on board. We have until the 15th to sign up even though the challenge starts on the 1st. I hope we get more inerest!!! Hope your bite feels better. denise
