Belated introduction

Hi everyone,
I'm a bit behind schedule in posting this "introduction" but I noticed there were a couple of other stragglers too so figured I would anyway.
Basic BIO:I'm 39 (HWFemale) Canadian born but living in Chattanooga TN since 1995. (Job related move...I'm a family practice MD-when I'm not rowing or erging)Married,(Jim-coach ), 3 children- 5y old twins and a 20m old.
I've been rowing since 1983. In fact I just spent 6 weeks in Canada this summer racing, and got back home to TN only two weeks ago. Limited access to a computer while up there contributed to my low profile until now.I have done "conventional" rowing over the years but my #1 love is a unique Regatta held in St.John's NFLD,my home town, each summer. We row in a 6 man fixed seat racing shell. It's the oldest continuous sporting event in North America(183 years), steeped in history, attended by 130+ crews and 40,000+ spectators. It's a real blast.
Like a lot of us, I erg in the off season. I've competed off and on since 1999. (between babies). PB for 2k 7:06 done last year. (Crash B 2003,2004,2006-5th,3rd and 4th place finishes in 30-39HW respectively)
This past few weeks just transitioning back from water to more erg.
Not sure where all this will end up this fall but at least we'll all be in shape!Looking forward to it. Siobhan Duff
