Tomorrow (sunday) we will begin broadcast a live audio cast from the crashb's and uploading 'nearly live' race highlights of each race. we'll be monitoring this forum for feedback and requests so please post comments and requests here.

Bill, could you post a link in this thread to the audiocast and the race highlights? Are those going to be separate?

You'll find the links here: http://www.concept2.co.uk/wirc/ Some of the links in the left column under WIRC are also live.

Note that the C2/UK forum has apparently decided that today would be an excellent time to change servers.

If you try to go there just now, all you'll get is this:

Sorry, but the board is currently unavailable as we are switching servers. We hope to be back up and running by 6 p.m. at the latest.

So the discussions there about WIRC are currently unavailable.

well this has been a tough day...

1. audio cast never did get started
2. forum crashed...
3. UK forum and website hung
4. internet connection from here has been spotty

however we now have a pretty good collection of video highlights posted -and available from the UK site...

That one was giving about 4 seconds of video before it ended.

the correct file name was race4_ok.mov

Although I'm not someone who is particularly savvy about compoters, I'm pretty impressed by being able to see races so quickly.
