I've been a C2 owner/rower since 1994 and have never had anything but a really great experience and response from Concept 2! Concept 2 makes a great rowing erg and their people and service are exceptional!

If you think Concept 2 is a REALLY GREAT company, reply to this post and make it the most replied to post on the Forums.

Fred B, Sorry this hasn't become the most responded to post, but yes, C2 is impressive - making high quality well-calibrated machines, selling parts very reasonably, improving, maintaining this website & the UK one, responsive - not to mention the $26,300+ they'll be donating to water charities!

I have one complaint regarding their customer care. If you return equipment it can take a while before your money is returned. Currently 8 days since I returned a rowing machine, customer care informs me that the return has not yet been processed and cannot even give me an approximate date as to when this will happen
