Hi Mike,

Are you still looking for team members? I'm in Virginia, but don't know of any local teams. I know it's a bit late, but I have logs of my erg sessions from the past week. I'm a runner, but usually hit the erg 2 days/week and will be upping that over the next month to reduce the pounding before starting my next training cycle.
