I'm starting a new coaching position in the UK, but it is an age group I have never coached before. With junior boys and girls aged 14, what would you recommend rigging wise (blade length, inboard, spans etc.) for singles, doubles and coxed quads for each gender. Hope you can help.

Have you posted on an OTW from as well? You might get some response here, but most members here are strictly ergers. And of the few OTW rowers here, only a small fraction would know much about rigging.
