Hi,
I'm going to be a junior in high school. I was 5'7" at my last checkup and weigh ~126 lbs during the season. My 2k PR is 8:36.4. (Not great, I know; I'm working on it).
What I would like to know is the differences between D. I and D. II in women's rowing, especially in the lightweight category. I like the competetive nature of D. I, but I'm not sure I'd lenjoy being basically owned by my sports schedule. At the same time, I don't know much about D. II. Help!
Thanks!

I think you might get better responses if you post in

rowingillustrated.com/boards

Lots of ex-collegiate rowers on there who can give you good info. In fact you can probably search and find old topics on the same subject
