No driver is needed it uses the Windows HID driver (built-in).

I am receiving a message :
"Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device.
The driver cannot be instaled because it is either not digitally signed or not signed in an appropiate manner."

Have you installed Vista SP1?
I found some references to KB938371 and HID devices.

Search on
http://www.microsoft.com for it.
The driver is a built in part of Microsoft's WINDOWS VISTA. There isn't a seperate driver for Concept2's PM3 or PM4 devices.

How about the old fashioned way:
Then post on

LogCards cost a dime a dozen - if you have a PM3 or PM4 it seems stupid not to have a LogCard.

Thanks I know about the old way !

Youre right , I am thinking to buy a log card reader altought I'm not very familiar with it. I just downloaded PMI but it's seems to be a little bit elaborate to me right now.
Thank again for your suport.

Still having problems?
Last week I connected my PM3 to a Vista laptop - no problem reading the logcard.

Maybe a silly question, but do you have the Concept2 logcard utility program installed on your computer?
