Suunto Batteries

Post by ranger » May 13th, 2008, 4:52 am

So where do you go to get new batteries for your Suunto HR monitor?

My Suunto HR monitor doesn't seem to work anymore.

Might be the battery.

Are you sure it's the battery? Have you checked that your heart is still ticking? Maybe your heart has slowed sufficiently after your tirade the other day on the UK forum and your forced mental rest.

I think the Sunnto has a small button battery which can be found at most pharmacies. Be sure to read the "number" on the battery - there are different types.

It uses a CR2032 Lithium button cell.

I got 25 of the CR2032's from Ebay for 6 bucks a few years ago.

That's less than the price of 1 of them at Radio Shack.

Ioffer.com has good prices for them too.

That's what I do for my Suunto batteries. I've found that they only last abotu 2 months (even the brand name batteries) on the T3. Does anyone else have such short battery life on their Suunto?
