HOWTO: Model B and Slides Setup

Bill, can this be made sticky, in case anyone else needs this info? Thanks!
Just got slides last night, and noticed the setup sheet did not apply to my model B. here's how I set it up in my room, which is just about 12 feet across in the setup area:
1. front slide 24 inches from front wall (I would say a bare minimum of 14" is practical, as 13 had the cage touching the wall when the erg is in the fully forward position.)
2. back slide right up against front slide
3. put erg on the back support strut of each slide
4. HR receiver (I have a PM3 on the Model B ) on floor inside rear edge of front slide (this receiver never worked for me in the recommended position under the foot plate).
Slides rock!
