Need help interpreting this...

Hi, I'm fairly new to erging and am going to start with the training plan from Breaking muscle.

I have most of the terminology understood except for the first day, which says:
C2 / Row: 4x15 minutes; SR: 18-20-18 / 5’; 3’ R b/t sets
I don't know what the part in blue means. Little help please? Thanks!

Row: 4x15 minutes; SR: 18-20-18 / 5’; 3’ R b/t sets
Row intervals, four reps of 15 minutes

First five minutes of each rep row at 18 strokes per minute
Middle five minutes row at 20 strokes per minute
Last five minutes row at 18 SPM again

Take a three minutes rest interval between reps
