Interval On-line log and spm/watts calculations

Post by AdventureArtist » June 11th, 2009, 6:36 pm

I just completed 10 x 2 min row/1min rest. I recorded my SPM and WATT but not my distance. Is there a calculation I can do with that information to figure out distance?

To record intervals in the on-line log book should I just put in the total number of meters and record my interval SPM/WATTS in the notes?

thanks for your help
