can't wait till wednesday to get my battleship
brand new to this form of exercise, i have a heavy bag which i love and sometimes i run (more sometiming than running ). im a 6"4" male, 233lbs. (skinny fat guy), high blood pressure. beer, cookies and pizza...well im willing to give them up. i guess if someone could explain the where what and how of the machine and what type of beginner workout i should do? my goal is to lose 33 lbs as well as lowering my blood pressure, which really is my first concern. oh, and i gained 33lbs as a result of not smoking for a year, sounds like an excuse, but now the beer, cookies and pizza taste even better, haaaaaa any advice is welcomed....i know your out there, i pass the schuykill everyday and see you row
