Weight Loss/ Weight Control

Howdy Folks,<br /><br />First time posting. Started rowing about a week ago and am hooked. Started at 275lbs, now at about 268lbs. Finally starting to push away from the table too. I am presently trying to reduce my times and killing myself so trying to remind myself to row long and slow. Getting in about 5K a day. This forum is great and talking to people around the world about losing weight and rowing is motivating. Look forward to hearing from y'all more; soon!
