I just got a new PM3 to use on my model C. I have given my old Model B, that currently has a PM1 on it, to my sister in law. Can I just give her my old PM2 and she can use it on the Model B, or do I need to get her any parts to make it work on the B?

Everything is the same.

You just plug the same sensor into the pm2.

You might need something to attach the pm2 to the cage.

I don't recall if the same parts work.

It should be easy to rig something up though. I have an arm made of wood that's attached to the cage so the pm2 comes out the same as on the models C and D.

If none of that works, C2 can send the parts to attach the pm2 to the cage.

In any case though, the same sensor plugs into the back of the monitor.

Well, that's easy then. I have the arm the PM2 was on and I'm sure we can rig a way to stick it on the B. Duct tape comes to mind but I'm sure Dave will figure out a better way than that.

Thanks!

I have no idea of the part numbers, but I bet that the helpful person on the phone at C2 would work it out for you. Probably $10-15.

It makes for a nice attachment to the existing cage, and makes it easier for the cable to reach.

I'll order that up. She is coming to my house this weekend and I will show her my C Breeze. Bet you get an order from her soon!

I'll wager the parts are no more than $2 to $3, and agree they are probably best for attaching the monitor to the cage.

However, the sensor cable is the same length as for the models C and D though, so it easily reaches out on an arm the same way.
