If you get a logcard you can record your total distance.

Will this be the 3rd year of Mod D at the CRASH-B's? Time flies!

BTW - The PM2 "could" be reset also, so would it count as an "odometer"?
Thanks for the advice. I have a logcard, so will use this for logging my totals.

Just have to figure out why the brand new heart-rate receiver is not working? No probs with my polar chest strap or watch receiver. May be a dud receiver.

Citroen, I spent 18 months in Basingstoke - started IR at the Sports Centre. Have they got any Model D's there yet?

Here are two references for diagnosing your heartrate receiver problems:

http://concept2.ipbhost.com/index.php?s ... 416

http://www.concept2.com/05/rower/servic ... asp

If you suspect a range issue then hold the receiver within 12-16 inches of the belt to see if that makes a difference.

Mark

I have tried everything suggested, as well as turning off my wireless network and nothing helps!

My M62 wrist receiver works perfectly, but nothing on the PM3. On the phone to C2 Australia tomorrow.....

But This does appear to be related to how updated the PM3 Software is. I've kept it up to date, with almost all Betas along the way. Some machines at my Rowing Club are not updated and do not display "lifetime meters" at all.

What Version introduced the "Lifetime Meters" feature? It had to be some time ago as I've been using the Erg very little in the past year and one of them is just about 1,000,000m. I'm wondering if the data was kept, but not displayed, as that is likely very close to the total on that particular machine from new.
The PM3 odometer function has been in the product since its initial launch, but only available to the user in the most recent Rev 088 Beta series and now Rev 090. There was also a bug in the early releases (Rev 082 and earlier) which was only including meters accumulated while a logcard was present instead of including all meters rowed.

Mark

I'll have to see if they'll update the firmware.
