Well what have you done today ??????<br><br>Me myself and I have done 60 mins...... 13,923metres at 2.09.2 29spm ... very very chuffed(happy) big pb <img src='http://users.telenet.be/eforum/emoticon ... oticon.gif' border='0' alt='user posted image' />.... oh and 2500m warm down/cool down total 16423

Congrats on your new PB Carole. <br><br>I did an easy day of 3x 7k at 2:20 pace ... 9.1 mps<br><br>plus 2k of 100's<br><br>Yesterday was too hard so I'm revising the plan a bit.<br><br>

And I spent an hour tweaking things in the new forum! No training today as had a restless night with my little boy, but tomorrow I might try for my first (slow, of course) half marathon of the season

No Rowing training today, legs still stiff from 2x5K last night. Have done 25 miles on the road bike today at a fair pace.<br><br>Well done on the pb Carole <br><br>Sir Pirate
