carla - could be a cookies issue - try deleting cookies and trying again - most browsers have a tool/options/ delete cookies thingy to try.

for some AOL users - you may have to use a browser outside aol - look under the start menu for 'internet explorer' and then use this browser to access the logbook.

let me know how you make out.

-bill

Hi Bill,

I reset my cookies; I deleted them; I deleted them and reset them; still can't get into my own log from anywhere.

For months before this I could just log into the training forum and use the logbook link and I was in without having to log in again.

I've had the C2 page be my homepage for a long time, and it used to just be my logbook, but now it's the login page, and I didn't change it to that. It just showed up that way one day.

Carla

I can't get into mine now, I've deleted al my cookies, had my user name and password resent to verify it (haven't had to log in for ages, normally the pages opens logged in already) when I try to log in it just returns to the log in page.

Help!! I've got nearly 3.5 million meters logged, hope I haven't lost them!

Both platforms seem to be equally affected by the issue. It's particularly dismaying given that this comes on top of the UK forum being out of commission but hopefully those nice, C2 folk'll fix it soon?

I could get into my online logbook 2 days ago, but now it just refreshes the login page when I try to log in. I've tried on this computer and on my laptop (which I use with Rowpro) and its still no joy.

I think it is a server-side issue, too many people are affected by looks of it.

Still appears 'down' this morning. Still cannot access logbook. This all started on the date roll over to 2005.

Results can still be logged through RowPro (if that's any consolation!).
I'm not getting access either.

I like to use the C2 logbook. I hate not getting credit for my meters. It's like you did your homework but then the teacher didn't collect homework that day.

Byron

Maybe the Y2K bug has turned up 5 years too late

But yeah, I won't be uploading any more of my sessions until I can log back in.

You can be sure that C2 has no support until Monday at the earliest. Pity.

What a big New Year letdown.
