Strokeprofile
Training
I was thinking about the way my strokeprofile looks like. I row on low drag between 95 and 115. It looks as in the drawing. very steep and the high in the middle but with no rounding top. Only when I erg very easy this pattern alters and I do get a rounding top. what to think about this? And how does yours look like?<br /><br /><!--c1--><table width='95%' cellspacing='1' cellpadding='3' border='0' align='center'><tr><td><b><div class='genmed'>CODE</div></b></td></tr><tr><td class='code'><div><!--ec1--><br /> 0<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /><!--c2--></div></td></tr></table><br />

You can do a drawing if you use code tags like this:<br /><br /><!--c1--><table width='95%' cellspacing='1' cellpadding='3' border='0' align='center'><tr><td><b><div class='genmed'>CODE</div></b></td></tr><tr><td class='code'><div><!--ec1--><br /> 0000<br /> 0 0 <br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /><!--c2--></div></td></tr></table><br /><br />This profile is from a hard 5K workout.<br /><br />Frank

Mine looks more like this, almost symmetrical with a flat top:<br /><br /><!--c1--><table width='95%' cellspacing='1' cellpadding='3' border='0' align='center'><tr><td><b><div class='genmed'>CODE</div></b></td></tr><tr><td class='code'><div><!--ec1--><br /> 0000<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /> 0 0<br /><!--c2--></div></td></tr></table><br /><br />
