12,559 m - 4x12 min, 2 min rest, rtgs 20-22-24-26-24-22 by 2 min

largest total for one practice in 2006 (Concept2 year)... but that will surely change soon with the start of winter training!

Half-marathon remains my longest practice since i started logging my practices here, but that might change this season as well!

I seem to be the only one on my team that is excited about all the upcoming erging...

Today 26KMS 30' plus two I.O. Workouts
No I am not training for a race.
I feel better if I put in 20+KMS
Why 50+? I fell behind on the ranking...
I am a weak dieter, it is easier to approach weight management with more training.

From my last row I still have a sore bud with a blister on it - so today will be a short row - but anyway a row. Hope the blister will disappear again - it really is painful. I wonder you do not blister your bud if you row 55 km......

Must have a lot of horny skin - I am not enough horny - but hope that this will come to survive longer rows.

Hi Jim
I have to be careful. If I don't row, I eventually will roll instead of walk. The good thing about running the Iron Oarsman is that it is a wonderful excuse to workout and burn calories! I feel the pressure of building the business, therefore I eat. Yet, while building the business I get to pull the chain, which in turn burns the calories I eat. I am in biological status quo. Rowing is like a psychological cleansing.
All the best,
XENO

What a wimp!

Heh, heh, just kidding.

Byron (still greatly enjoying your DVD's)
