A friend got Xeno’s DVD’s. He mentioned that he was going to do Xeno’s upper body rowing workout. I sent him an email asking him how it went. If you’ve done Xeno’s upper body workout, I think you’ll enjoy his email back to me:

QUOTE

Byron,

Soyrro for th2 slow reply and thee misssspelling, butt I am typeing with
my nose, since I cannot move my amrs.

Yes, it's a funny email. It had me laughing out loud. The upper body workout has you using your arms, biceps, triceps, etc. on the C2 in very creative and challenging ways.

You also work on core flexibility--something very important, especially as you get older.

All four of the DVD's are great, but the upper body rowing workout is really a hoot.

Byron
