Training

So I pretty much got sick about 10 days before Christmas and that was after a really hardcore week of finals. The cold/flu/whatever is still sticking around and I am full of snot and my respiratory system is shot to shit because of it. Needless to say, my workouts have suffered. Official winter training begins in about a week. I do not feel that I am even close to the shape I should be in. My question is, now what do I do?
