I know this sounds terrible but I am a poor college student; I am considering buying the "Pure Technique" DVD that costs $28.85. I am looking to go into competitve rowing uni 8. I want to improve my erg endurance and time. <br /><br />Nothing personal against Xeno of course. Is this money well spent?
