help!! i have a quick question and after reading this forum, i figured that this would be the place to ask. if i was able to do 1.5 hours at a 2:06 during the summer and have been working out since (1 hr. on elliptical machine and weights), what should i be able to do <br /><br />1. a 20 mintue piece at? and <br /><br />2. what pace should i be able to do a 6k at?<br /><br />thank you so much and i appreciate your help! good luck at al lyour fall racing!!

A better estimate would start with what you are capable of erging right now (or as close to now as possible), including the average stroke rate.<br /><br />JimR
