Hello Fellow C2 Folks,

First of all, please know that my involvement with BOSU is limited, as with C2, to being a movement loving consumer of their product.

While product info is available at www.BOSU.com, recently a blog & forum related more broadly to matters BOSU has launched at: http://bosufitness.com.

Why do I bring this up here ?

Glad you asked !

If seems that low back, hip and overall "core" issues are a recurring topic here. Numerous post have addressed these issues with special emphasis on approaches that are compliemtary to C2 users.

David Weck, inventor of the BOSU, wrote in his blog a while back about a movement he named the "BOSU Deep Squat" ( please see: http://bosufitness.com/blogg/index.php )

Now, finally, my point. The BOSU Deep Squat IMHO, resonates with movement on the C2 and favorably addresses the various low back/hip/core concerns referred to above.

I invite you good people to check it out ( empty handed, with dumbbells, etc., ) and report back. I experience the movement as a "freestyle bodyweight dancing prehab/rehab erg-like movement", that feels really....uh, nice.

Hope you try, enjoy and benefit from BDS. Look forward to hearing of your adventures.

Stay strong,

Eddie
