does anyone know what or where i can find something like this??

bill

<snip>
It's basically a chart full of split times. The left vertical axis is
either 2k or 500m times - can't remember which - and the top horizontal
axis is different percentages working down from 100%. So, it has splits for max 500m, 500m, 1k, 2k, 6k, and more,
but they're displayed by percentage of that 500m or 2k time, and so it
shows for each 5% step down, what the split is.
Bill,

It sounds to me like a lot like the chart you see up in a lot of gyms, over here at least, where you can look up what split time you need to row a certain distance at, to get a certain time.

I've just looked through the shop on the UK site, and I can no longer see them for sale in the posters section, but if you talk to someone at C2UK they'll know what you mean, and may still have some.

Basically I think it has distances across the top, 500m upwards, and split times down the left hand side, from 1:15 I seem to remember, up to 2:30 or something. Then a grid of the times you'll get rowing that distance at that pace. Does that make sense?

I'm sure that's what the email is referring to.

Pete
