Row it like a mini 2k. 7 - 8 sub goal pace strokes, settle into a rhythm and pace you can hold, with 200 to go if you have anything left pick up you rate and die on the last stroke <br /><br />I believe a 1000m is to long for a fly and die strategy, it should be paced.<br /><br />George
