okay so well im 14 and right now i have about a 1:55 split for a 2km and im having trouble getting past this i do a 6km everyday and in january i broke my wrist so that set me back but i had a 2 19 split bad i no now its 155 but i cant break it any ideas btw i am a guys and im 1 30 lbs
