Dear Rowers,

I purchased a Concept2 Model D in October 2004 with the aim of losing 3 stones in 9 months (1 stone is 14 pounds).

It is now April and I have taken off 1.5 stone - so I'm halfway through.

I started at 20.5 stone - and now I'm 19 stone. I'm 6ft 4in.

I believe the second half of the programme will be harder than the first - with more sacrifices to make.

But I have hit a problem! I have a nagging and persistent pain on the inside of my right elbow joint. I have consulted the health dictionary - and I'm damn sure that I have Medial Epicondylitis - or Golfer's Elbhow (a derivative of Tenis Elbow - but on the other side of the elbow joint).

The only piece of solace I saw whilst reading the information was the word "technique" - can anyone suggest any techniques to stop the flexing of the right wrist whilst snatching and pulling?

Incidently - I play golf frequently badly and left handed.

Pablobattu.
