Training

Training
you are overtraining big time. <br /><br />No need to do each body part 2x / week. <br /><br />Other than that, you really haven't given us enough info to assess what you are doing or not doing. <br /><br />Post your routine. Weights, reps, that sorta thing and we can give you better feedback.
