Just wondering what is a good 2k and HM time for a LWT who is 6'2"ish and 21. At the moment it is 6:40 and this was done as part of a sports study and was rowed blind ie the monitor folded back and so couldn't pace myself and my HM time is 82 mins.

Jim

Particularly, since your post seems to suggest that you did this time under less than optimum conditions.

You could do the generalised "hwt PB + 20sec" theory, which would give you around a 6:20 2k, which isn't really that bad. Under 6:30 as a lwt is very good, and <6:20 world class.

Xav
(whose 6:30.7 is okay-ish )

Anything under 6:02.6 would be quite good...
